Patna. A major accident was averted at Patna airport on Saturday. SpiceJet’s Patna-Guwahati flight SG 3724 was stopped at Patna Airport before takeoff after it was detected a technical fault. Later, when the technicians examined the aircraft, more defects were found in it, after which the flight was cancelled. The passengers of the plane were landed and efforts are being made to send them on another flight. Many people were angry due to the trouble caused to the passengers due to this.
In this plane going from Patna to Guwahati, Bihar’s Building Construction Minister Ashok Chaudhary, senior JDU leader Arvind Singh alias Chhotu Singh, former MLA Bunty Chaudhary, Bihar Congress spokesperson Rajesh Rathod, Golghar Kali temple priest Vishal Tiwari and many others Other leaders were on board. All the passengers had sat in the plane at around 3 pm, but just before takeoff, it was stopped after it was detected, which was later cancelled.
Raising the question, former MLA Bunty Choudhary said that when all the passengers boarded the plane, only then there was a technical fault in it. After this all the passengers were taken off the flight. Expressing displeasure over the services of the airline company, he said that similarly in the past, the SpiceJet plane had malfunctioned. Today, once again, due to a technical fault in the SpiceJet plane, it was on the lives of the passengers. At present, the passengers of the canceled flight have been asked to stay at the airport till 5 pm.
Let us tell you that this is the second time during a week at Patna Airport when the aircraft has been stopped due to technical fault. On June 19, a Delhi-bound SpiceJet plane suddenly caught fire after taking off, after which it was hurriedly landed back at Patna airport. At that time there were 185 passengers on board the plane. It was later learned that the plane was on fire due to a bird collision, but after flying in the air for 25 minutes, its emergency landing was made.
