New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is currently on a two-day visit to Germany to attend the G-7 Summit. During this, PM Modi met German Chancellor Olaf Scholz on Monday in Schloss Elmau. Chancellor Olaf Scholz greeted PM Modi, who arrived to attend the conference. In a video released by social agency ANI, it can be seen that PM Modi and Chancellor Olaf Scholz are greeting each other in Schloss Elmau.
It is worth noting that today Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate in the G-7 summit. In this conference, the seven richest and strongest economies of the world will be on one platform. During the conference, all these countries will discuss many important international issues like Ukraine war, food security and terrorism.
Earlier, PM Modi tweeted on Monday that- I will participate in the G-7 summit today in which we will discuss various important global issues amongst ourselves.

Germany has also invited these countries
The G-7 is an intergovernmental political grouping consisting of Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States. Apart from India, Germany has invited Argentina, Indonesia, Senegal and South Africa as guests in this conference.
PM Modi addressed the Indian community in Munich
On the first day of his visit, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the program of the Indian community in Munich on Sunday. This address of PM Modi took place at the Audi Dome Stadium in Munich. People came from far and wide in Munich to listen to PM Modi. In his address, PM Modi mentioned the Emergency imposed during the Congress era. He said that the time of emergency is like a black spot in Indian democracy.
