Deputy CM Tarkishore Prasad had unveiled the statue of Bhamashah, the city council removed it in the dark of night, know the whole matter

Gopalganj. On June 8, the statue of Danveer Bhamashah was unveiled by the Deputy CM of Bihar government, Tar Kishore Prasad. The talent of Danveer Bhamashah, established at Hajiyapur Chowk in Gopalganj city, has been removed overnight by the city council. After the removal of the statue of Danveer Bhamashah from Golambar, where there is anger among the people, the politics has also heated up. On the other hand, the statue of Bharat Ratna former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee has also been removed from Arar Chowk.

Narayanji Prasad, District President of RJD Business Cell, has accused of insulting by removing the statue of great men and has demanded action in this matter by giving a written complaint to DM Dr Naval Kishore Chaudhary. On the other hand, the people of Vaish community have accused the city council of removing the statue of Danveer Bhamashah overnight and spreading hatred in the society as part of the conspiracy.

Ramavatar Sah, former MLA of Gopalganj Sadar, said that the statues of great men in the city council have been removed by demolishing the roundabouts and square-squares made by the then Chief Minister and the then MP, MLAs. They say that by removing the statue of Karpoori Thakur at Arar Chowk, the statue of Mahatma Gandhi from Hajiyapur Chowk and the statue of Maulana Mazharul Haq from Banjari Chowk, what is the message the city council wants to convey.

Here, the city council says that the roundabouts on which the statues of great men were unveiled are lying in the land of NHAI. Four lanes of NH-27 are being constructed by NHAI, so the statues have been removed from the roundabout, so that no harm can be caused. After the construction of the road, these statues will be installed again.

However, the question arises that how did the city council get the roundabout built in a hurry in the land of NSUI. On June 8, Deputy CM Tarkishore Prasad inaugurated the Golambar and unveiled the statues of great men, why is it being demolished now. Who will compensate for the loss of government money? Why did the city council not take NOC before making a roundabout in NSUI land? However, DM Dr Naval Kishore Choudhary has said to conduct an investigation on this whole matter.
